For many years we have operated as the authorized service center for the ride-on-toy car manufacturer, National Product Limited. We specialize in providing technical support and repair for these vehicles. If you have questions or are looking for replacement parts, Fun Creations is here to help. We offer friendly advice and shipping services throughout the United States and Canada. Fun Creation Inc. is easy to reach by phone or internet, and will be glad to be of service.

Our website offers information about our company, free User Manual downloads, and many replacement parts. Feel free to browse and purchase replacement items as needed for your vehicles. Shipping Information:



UPS 1 day - The package will be delivered in one business day.

UPS 2 day - The package will be delivered in two business days.

UPS 3 day select - The package will be delivered in three business days.

UPS Ground - The package will be delivered in 2-7 business days, depending on the shipping location. Our service center is located in California, hence it will take longer for packages to be delivered to the East Coast.

USPS (Canada orders only) - The package will be delivered in 7-10 business days. We also have an Express shipping option via USPS, please contact us at 1-877-743-3899 or 909-594-4000 for more information.

Order Processing and Shipping:
Orders placed prior to 9:00 AM , Pacific Standard Time (PST), will process and ship the same business day. Any orders placed after 9:00 AM PST, will process and ship the following business day. Orders placed during holidays and weekends will not be processed or shipped until the next business day. Weekends do not count as business days for items shipping under any ground or expedited shipping method. For example, an order placed Friday before 9:00 AM, Pacific Standard Time, using UPS Next Day Air, will arrive the following Monday, not Saturday. An order placed on Friday after 9:00 AM, Pacific Standard Time, using UPS Next Day Air, will not ship until the following Monday. You will expect the order to deliver on Tuesday.

Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

If you feel the need to cancel an order, please contact Fun Creation Inc within 1 business day of the time the order was placed.

If you are not completely satisfied with your products, feel free to contact us again. Fun Creation Inc gladly offers a 14-day return policy for all merchandise, starting from the day it was received. We will do our best to ensure your satisfaction. Parts may only be returned unused and with the original packaging. We will not refund used parts, old parts, or parts damaged through regular wear and tear. For the new and unused merchandise, we will gladly give a refund. However, a 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. Fun Creation does not refund shipping and handling costs. If your part is damaged due to shipping, please refuse the package or return to the proper shipping carrier location within 24 hours marked “refused due to shipping damage. Then call us or email us so we can file a claim with the carrier and send you a new item right away. Failure to do so will result in loss of refund or replacement.


Warranty Policy

Fun Creation Inc has a 30 days warranty on all parts sold from our store. We will gladly send a replacement part free of charge if your product falls into this category. This is intended to cover problems due to manufacturing errors or defects. A defective item is an item that arrives undamaged in shipping, but is unable to function properly. The item must not have any visible damage and must clearly be from manufacturing issues. We advise all customers to take your time to familiarize yourself with your parts, and start slowly, to prevent accidental damage. We do not replace parts that are damaged through improper installation. Nor do we replace items that have been made unusable through unreasonable use, neglect, accident, abuse, misuse, improper service, modifications, and other causes not arising from defects in materials or workmanship. The part must be returned with the original packaging, along with your invoice and a detailed explanation of the problem within 14 days of delivery. We apologize for all inconveniences.


Limited Warranty offered by National Products Limited

Fun Creation Inc is the authorized service center for National Products limited. During the product warranty period offered by National Products limited, Fun Creation Inc will repair or, at its discretion, replace any defective products provided that the product has been used under normal circumstances, solely for the purpose for which it was intended and has been given proper care and maintenance. This warranty does not cover damage caused by the customer, damage which resulted from normal wear and tear or from alterations made by the customer, or damage caused by use for an unintended purpose. This warranty policy only applies to vehicles purchased through Nation Products Limited authorized sellers excluding liquidation centers, flea markets, and swap meets.
